Founded by Vibhav Nuwal & Vishal Pandya, the company has grown from 2 members in 2010 to over 120 team members spread across India and internationally. The company started with Renewable Energy Services as it’s foundational business through trading of Renewable Energy Certificates and quickly expanded to providing technology based solutions for electricity grid and renewable energy management. It achieved a major milestone in establishing Renewable Energy Management Centers across 11 control centers in India. The company has since expanded to providing a host of technology driven solutions to stakeholders across multiple sectors.

Vishal Pandya is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Sardar Patel University, a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and is a Chevening Fellow, University of Oxford, UK. He has over 11 years of experience in the field of business development, renewable energy policy, environmental markets and power markets design. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Indian.

Vibhav is the Co-founder, Promoter, Director of the company. He is passionate about Sustainability and about building ventures. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is an avid trekker, and also teaches Sustainability at IIM, Lucknow.
Geeta Tolia

Geeta is a Sloan Fellow from the London School of Business, a Chartered Accountant by profession and a subject matter expert on M&A, Audit, Domestic-International Taxation and Transfer pricing. She has served at SEPAM, Ireland as a Global CFO and worked with RSM, KPMG and Grant Thorton in the past
Shekar Viswanathan

Mr. Shekar Viswanathan is an Economics graduate from University of Madras and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He brings vast leadership experience with him. He served as a Board member, Vice-Chairman and Director during his 20 years stint at various Toyota Kirloskar Group companies in India. Prior to this, he was associated with The Chase Manhattan bank as a Vice President and has worked with Haldia petrochemicals, Lazard Petrochemicals (International Division) and Unit Trust of India.

Shyam is a Cofounder of INFUSE Ventures and Bharat Innovation Fund. He brings a vast amount of experience in startup ecosystems, venture capital and cleantech. He is a Chevening Fellow (Oxford), a PhD dropout from UC Davis – California, an ex-Entrepreneur himself and a material science graduate from Uni. of Missouri-Rolla.

Starlene is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Green Artha, a climate innovation and investment firm. She has worked with Landmark Advisors, New York as a Hedge Fund manager, and led early-stage investment at Sangam Ventures in India. Prof. Khaparde is a researcher and academician by profession. He served IIT Bombay as a Professor in Electrical Engg. department. Madhusudan brings experience from Power Sector and IT and a deep passion to develop new solutions to existing problems. He has worked in companies like ABB, Infosys, Aztec (Now MindTree) and in Erasmus MC business incubator startup – ExpertDoc in varied roles. He has an Electrical Engineering degree form Bangalore University with a MBA in General Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands.
Ramkumar K
Director, Markets
Ram has been working as Director – Sales for REConnect Energy and looks after the utility segment. He is associated with REConnect almost from inception. Previously he was heading the Business unit for Gensol and was instrumental in setting up the business. He has Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis. Also, he was a residential participant of Management Development Programme for entrepreneurship development from IIM Lucknow. He plays basketball and is passionate about music and art.
Asim Ahmed

Asim has worked in the space of AI and weather technology for utilities and RE businesses since 2014, before which he carried out research on ‘Heat networks in multi-energy systems’ at the Future Power and Energy Systems Lab at the University of Manchester, UK. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Master’s degree in Power and Energy Systems from The University of Manchester.
